1. Are you taking SAM-e Complete on an empty stomach?

SAM-e is best absorbed when taken on an empty stomach. If you aren’t feeling the benefits of SAM-e, you may want to try taking it ½ hour before breakfast or lunch everyday. If you are taking 600mg or more per day, we recommend splitting the dose, taking a portion before breakfast and a portion before lunch.
2. What dosage of SAM-e Complete are you taking?

To support mood and emotional well being, we recommend starting with 400mg/day of SAM-e Complete. However, many consumers find that a higher level of SAM-e works best for them. If you aren’t noticing a difference within two weeks, you may require a higher level of supplementation. To determine the proper dosage that works for you, we recommend gradually increasing your dosage (up to max 1600 mg/day) until benefits are achieved.

It takes time to replenish your natural SAM-e levels and feel a difference. Clinical studies indicate that benefits are most likely evident after 7-14 days of supplementation. If you have been taking SAM-e Complete for less than 2 weeks, we recommend continuing with the recommended dosage for the full 14 days to see if you feel a difference.
4. How often do you take SAM-e Complete?

In order to effectively replenish your natural SAM-e levels, SAM-e Complete needs to be taken on a daily basis. If you have been taking SAM-e Complete on a more sporadic basis, we recommend trying to take it every day, ½ hour before breakfast or lunch, for 14 days.
